All certificates supplied are original or certified copies provided by official registries and government departments specified.
We do not amend or alter the information given to us by you so please ensure that you complete the forms accurately.
It is acknowledged that Certificates Australia advances funds to various government departments in payment of its fees for the issue of Certificate/s ordered online, and that therefore instructions cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced. No payment made in these circumstances can be refunded.
It is acknowledged that Certificates Australia is not responsible for any damage, delay or failure of delivery by Australia Post, or international courier companies or any carrier providing delivery services.
In the unlikely event that we make a mistake, we will send you a corrected certificate as soon as you notify us of our mistake which you must do within 7 days.
