Q. Can anyone obtain a birth, marriage, or single status Certificate?

No. You need be the person whose name will appear on the Certificate, or that person's parent (if under 18 years of age) or have the authorisation of that person in order to obtain any of these Certificates.

Q. Can anyone obtain a death certificate?

No. You need to be a next of kin of the person named on the Death Certificate, i.e. a spouse (married/de facto/same sex de facto) a parent or a child of the deceased. If you are a relative not listed on the Certificate, the Certificate can be issued to you if the deceased had no living spouse, children or parents.

Q. Are your certificates official?

Yes. All certificates are officially issued by government departments.

Q. Can you obtain overseas certificates?

We only specialise in Australian certificates.

Q. Can I cancel or amend my order once I've made it?

There is no facility to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. Orders feed directly into our production process, leaving us unable to stop the system. We apologise for the inconvenience.
